"No electric plugs anywhere near the work table nor the kitchen, nor the electric kettle. No hot water to shower on the first 3 days of my stay. No daily room cleaning. The name of the hotel is not on the front entrance, and the phone number listed is incorrect and irresponsive. Overall lousy hotel that should not be listed on Hotels.com because it lacks international standards."

"The property is centrally located and it’s under renovation. As long as you stay in the renovated units you will have a great experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only feedback I would have is to have English speaking crew on staff on all times to help with communication with non-Arabic speakers. "
