"The elevator needs to be worked on, it will close on you there is no sensor letting the elevator know that someone is entering, so the door will close even though someone is still entering and it will not open back up. The outdoors pool needed some attention, there were bug floating in the pool which scared my kids, these bugs were still alive. The front fountain needs attention too the water was very dirty. The staff didn't seem very friendly they didn;t greet us like they were having guest, it...

"The room was clean but there was roaches.that is my only complaint.i had brand new towels and wash cloths It was clean until I seen around the mini fridge.my fridge was leaking and there was a pool of water around in alone with piles of dirt"

"It was a short stay for the finances however I had to change rooms 2 times. Bathroom was being worked on and t.v wasn't working in 2nd room. The staff was very polite and helpful. There was 1 bug we saw on our way out. I think once the small renovations are done it'll be better. Bedding could use some updating or replacing."

"The hotel room was discusting. The sheets and linens and towels were all stained. There were hairs left on top of towels. The breakfast turned out to be only coffee. That's not a breakfast. We got in late and were happy to leave as quickly as possible. We didn't even want to shower. There weren't any shampoos or other toiletries available in the room either. This is the place you should stay if you have to for the afforability of it, but not by choice."

"Very dirty. Shower surround was held together with duct tape. Smelled like stale smoke. AC didn't blow very cold."

"The staff was friendly. The room was clean and linens on the bed were made well. I slept better than usual in a hotel. The physical facilities were old and needed work but this did not hinder our stay. It was an ok place to stop for the night. I would stay again."
