"The place is dark and gloomy. No key is needed to access outside doors. The bathroom was not cleaned or did not appear to be cleaned. The toilet did not work, nor did the fridge and freezer got cold enough. The floor didn't looked vaccum and I also saw a roach in the room."

"As soon as we walked in the front desk immediately told me if we had booked a certain room that had already booked it hours before to someone else despite our reservation. So there was no room for us. The lady then walks away without even looking up our reservation. She then checks it and says ya we don’t have that room anymore. Assured me I wasn’t charged and could go. "

"It was a very clean comfortable and super quiet hotel. There was a lower floor with lots of noise and people complaining but thankfully my floor was quiet. I was facing the highway and the highway noise was not bad. There was many sitting areas that had such a nice vibe going. Had not one complaint about the hotel. A Tex Mex restaurant was just walking distance, that made things so convenient."
