"Very clean room and lovely staff. Parking available on-site. Beds were comfortable. Utensils supplied were clean and plentiful but I wished there were scissors. Bathroom was nice. Room was spacious and the hairdryer was very good. Modern room which was nice."

"Everything seems squashed and small. The breakfast room needs remodelling to prevent the internal traffic jam."

"There was no hot water for shower it was very cold water window could not be open it was very difficult to breathe it looks like the place is falling apart need complete renovation. The double bed was extremely small for two people"

"We booked via Expedia and added the reservation to our premier inn account. There seemed to be a problem from the start. "The shrubs need to be trimmed. On the positive side the room and bathroom I had were clean and filled with natural light. Staff was very obliging. The location was ideal. It is within walking distance to East Croydon Station . The restaurants and grocery stores catered to a very diverse population."

"Abdual was amazing with helping me find the entrance. Lovely crazy rooms, will be back soon!"

It's in the heart of Bromley and convenient to stores and restaurants. We booked a deluxe double room, which was spacious, including the bathroom and its oversized shower. Gorgeous bathroom hardware and a VERY comfortable king-sized bed. Luxurious linens and modern furnishings with a nod to its historic past. The surprising bonus was the ground floor back...

"Very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Would stay again when down that way."

"Just there one might - nothing to complain about"

"Very comfortable and a great breakfast."

The walls were scratched, the baseboards were deteriorating, and there was a terrible smell throughout the hallways. Cleanliness was a serious concern. The property appeared poorly maintained and inadequately cleaned. There was visible evidence suggesting a mice infestation, particularly in the entrance hallway near the...
