"Our arrival was admittedly very late - 2.30am. TV in our room did not work at all. The 24 hr Receptionist could not communicate so unable to help about the TV. Breakfast was self service Toast/Strawberry Jam and Cereals. Staff hardly any spoke English.We had to leave very early so no experience of whether the Bar was open or not. Very poor quality hotel so will not ever stay there again."

"The property is lovely and has a very traditional English feel which we appreciated, however the entire property lacks any ventilation/airflow - suffice to say there is also no air conditioning - which made the rooms simply insufferable during a heat wave. Recognizing that the climate has changed, management needs to provide at minimum a fan per room to enable some degree of ventilation and air movement during summer months if they expect guests to be able to sleep and enjoy the facilities."

"Great property! I have stayed in the main Wyboston hotel before but this short trip was for 1 night to help a friend so thought I'd try out The willows! Tucked back in the resort is the peaceful hotel. Modern funky vibe inside the hotel. Free cold filtered still or sparkling water from a cool machine. Free decaf and caffeine tea and coffee, syrups, and biscuits for the morning. Didn't try the restaurant but it looked great. Bedroom was small but perfect for what I needed. Clean and snug. Shower...
