Not sure if the room had AC…It was difficult to get it cool enough for sleeping… no obvious control except for an old fashioned thermostat. Couldn’t get the guide function to work on TV so it was hard to find a station to watch. Bathroom had a very small toilet so it is a long way down when sitting. ...

The Larix Hotel
The breakfast was excellent and provided the option for a healthy start to the day. The interior of the building has been beautifully upgraded and created a very cozy environment. The receptionist and host of the restaurant were both very friendly and extremely helpful!

Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre Cranbrook
This was a mistake but now I know better. Aside from allergy problems (even after I vacuumed my room myself), I didn't sleep much because of several trains on 1 side and road traffic on the other. The only good things were the gym and breakfast. Vijan was very good there in the breakfast room.
