"Kimberley was a cute and
family friendly
resort which was great, however our experience at the Polaris Lodge wasn't the best. The lodge seems to be a separate part of the trickle Creek Lodge so if you need anything, you have to walk over to the other side. This includes checking-in/front desk (staff we're amazing!) and pool/hot tub. The place was under renovation when we got there as well, so it was a bit of a mess and dusty. The temperature control didn't work so even if we had air con on, it...
