"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. "Property has a huge car park and the hotel us easy to find, in an out if town location. Expevt to have a £100 security depusit tajen which i find u usual and is someyhing aybe the hote, will address in future. Rest assured the rooms are comfortable and if breakfast is taken it is excellent"
"Me and my husband went for my birthday. Just 1night.it was clean staff are friendly.bed was comfortable. Could not fault the place. Would recommend family and friends to try it for themselves. "Loved the closeness to beach and amenities bar on site dog friendly special are for breakfast with your dog wish they did snacks like cakes sandwhiches perhaps made to order as used to do evening meals which again could be booked so as no food waste "
"The stay at this hostel was great. Hannah at the reception was very helpful, friendly, and always smiling. The check-in and check-out processes were also quick. The room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean. Even though the hotel is close to a railway line, the trains didn't disturb the silence at all. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety."
"Clear check-in instructions received that were easy to follow. Room was clean. 2x bottles of drinking water were in the room which was appreciated. A nice breakfast included and I believe parking may have been free but I forgot about this and paid to stay in the pay'n'display car park across the road. Excellent value for money.
