"Room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, but the facility itself on the exterior needs some work. None of the ice machines were functioning when we stayed there which required us to walk all the way around the property to go to the front lobby to get ice. It’s looking a little worn around the edges. The stairwells and the balconies need attention."

They accommodated that, but in the second room the sheets were stained and the bathroom was filthy (with the exception of the toilet- it was the ONLY clean thing in the entire room!) "Great property with beautiful, well-maintained swimming pool. Great staff was super-helpful. Brendan bent over backward to assist us with our inadvertent double booking. Nice room with super view of the water and nearby islands. Heartily recommended! So nice we came back for an additional four nights. Will definitely come back."
