Clean rooms, polite staff! Little run down and they did not have a king room as requested. Kinda a joke they said we upgraded you to two queens at no cost . 😂

The front desk staff was great, we arrived at 3pm but our room (king suite) was not ready and would not be ready until 5pm. I was fine with that as we were going to go to Mallory Square but they gave us 4 free food item tickets for their grill and 4 free drink tickets for their bar. They called at ...
