They don’t clean behind the bed. EVER. The hotel will be sneaky & charge additional fees for the shuttle and pool towels, even if you don’t use them. The pool was dirty. Oh, They said no maid service, but a maid was in our room when I returned. Breakfast was good..all the staff members were nice ...
