We were very disappointed this year. Stayed last year and our room was wonderful. This year was a complete disappointment. Very little storage because refrigerator, microwave and safe took up all the room for drawers. Floor had nails popping through. Hurt my foot coming out of bed stepping on one. ...

No working elevator all week- No cleaning service - had to pay extra for a cleaning No carts to take luggage to and from room Front desk curious and responsive however Hands tied Spent week at hospital with brother — very bad trip and stressful stay!!!
