Property is outdated and needs a renovation. Crew in the restaurant is extremely nice but people working in the lobby are not very friendly I wasn’t even feel comfortable with the front desk staff so unprofessional.

Everything was lovely! Staff checked in daily via text which i think is a nice touch, the beach and pool areas were readily available with chairs and towels and our villa was so cute with everything you could need in a little kitchen and bathroom. Bayside Inn Key Largo
It took a hour to check me in while other guest check in before me. The staff lady didn’t tell me What was going on while she check other guest that where after me. Se didn’t seem happy we were checking in with an attitude. I would not stay there again because of the front office staff.
