Nice place to stay over night

The hotel was clean and set in a quiet environment with many farms around. I needed the hotel for one night. It affords a quick breakfast, but if you a looking for a dip in the pool, it is closed. Great price!

I enjoyed my one night stay immensely. Clean, quite, very comfortable, and my biggest like, was the breakfast. There was a wide variety of food choices. I would definitely recommend this Best Western to anyone visiting Geneseo.

The staff was very friendly. While the room was clean and the bed reasonably comfortable, it was in some desperate need of updating. Some of the towels and linens needed to be replaced. Location was reasonable; quiet and an easy walk to the quaint city park and downtown.

The property was good. Small town feel. Nothing super fancy but nice. The pool was under construction. Had a humid feel inside. AC and air filter would be nice. Excellent price for a great stay. Our cards broke and had trouble getting into the room.

Super friendly front desk! Only reason for 4 stars on condition is linens….towels stained, thin, even torn. All linens need replaced. The bed was super comfy and we felt safe

I stayed the night in the king suite with the jetted tub with my two kids and we had a blast. The room was super clean, smelled fantastic and the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. He recommended a restaurant nearby called Sweetpeas, which was amazing. The pool was very clean, the breakfast wasn't bad. Typical cereal, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches, ect. We will definitely stay there again at some point. The town is a nice, friendly place with a gigantic Dollar Tree store. We had a great experience. Even my 11 year old thought it was wonderful and kids are tough critics.

All was good and fine when it came to the room except one thing (talked about later). The staff was exceptionally cordial and the continental breakfast was fine. The room was good and pleasant and clean except for one noticeable fact. I noticed mouse droppings around the bathroom sink and upon further investigation with management discovered that the mice may have came down through the ceiling via the opening(s) around the florescent light fixture. Hopefully, it will get taken care of prior to the next guest in this room.

I was traveling with my dogs and booked this hotel, as the other hotel didn't have room. Front desk gal was very friendly, check in was fine. Got into my room and noticed a odor right away, but it was nothing like the bathroom, which had a nasty mildew or like something died in it odor - I couldn't stand to be in it for more than necessary to do my business. I complained to front desk, who agreed it was bad and was going to talk to manager, as she said she couldn't move me to a different room, even though they only had 3 cars in the lot. She thought perhaps they could give a discount. I was there for two nights and thankfully a friend had a room in a different hotel where I did my showering. Never heard from a manager, so I called to discuss the situation and the person who answered refused to give a discount and said no one complains about that room. I highly recommend you stay away from this hotel! Nasty!
