"Riu Negril was an amazing experience from start to finish. I truly enjoyed everything about my stayโthe atmosphere, the service, and the overall hospitality were all excellent. The resort was beautiful, well-maintained, and very relaxing. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The food and entertainment were also great, with plenty of options to enjoy throughout the day. Overall, I had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Riu Negril to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. I would definitely give it a 10 out of 10!"

"I loved everything about the S Hotel! The selection and quality of the food were superb, and each restaurant offered its own distinct atmosphere. The presentation was worthy of a five-star restaurant, and the beautiful artwork and dรฉcor added to the hotelโs elegance. Most impressive of all was the staffโwarm, friendly, and attentive. By the end of my stay, I knew many of them by name, which made the experience feel even more personal and memorable."

"This was a decent Hotel good Location, but the proximity to the road causes a lot of noise with passing vehicles and trucks. Other than that the food is great and my neighbors were pretty ghetto and noisy transportation to and from the airport was excellent in the Customer service with all employees that I interacted with was excellent"

"We were at this property for 6 days and it was one of the best Jamaica experiences this far. The food was great, the staff were friendly and very helpful, and the activities were fun. The views were amazing from the room (and the room was amazing too)! Weโll definitely be returning!"

"Don't hesitate... it's not an all inclusive hotel. It's not a 5 star hotel. However, It's very well situated regardless of whether you want to just potter around Montego bay or venture to Ocho Rios or Negril. Spencer and the security team will make sure you're safe. The restaurant food is competitively priced, good portions and all the staff are exemplary of Jamaican warmth. You can get breakfast after 11am because they're nice like that. The rooms have everything you need without being too basic or fancy. House keeping is top notch. Beds are comfortable. I travelled extensively to many countries and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel except if you're hard to please and expect 5 star accommodation for the price of this hotel. It's only downside is it that it's not modern. Would I stay again? definitely. Would I recommend to friend's and family? Yes, except those who I know prefer to pay a little extra for luxury. This is the hotel for people who are not focused on the all inclusive holiday resort."
