"The hotel is excellent. It has a certain class and standard which the management is rigorously trying to maintain ( as you can tell ). Having a microwave in the kitchennet makes so much of a different especially when you have a toddler. We had absolutely no issues and will definitely this to anyone coming to Dubbo."

When we first showed up to check in, we had been driving all day and some people in our party really needed to use the bathroom. We were told that the bathroom was only for paying guests. We argued that since we were checking in, did that not make us paying guests? We were told no, that we were not checked in yet and we were not booked to stay at that particular property. "Pleasant friendly staff, however the room was overpriced for what I paid ( over $300 per night ). To start with the mattress in my room was sagging in the middle & was clearly noticeable to look at, as for sleeping on this sagging mattress I woke up each morning with an aching back, you could notice the lack of mattress support as soon as laying on the bed. Traffic noise in room is another issue along with the noise of the air conditioning motor as you could clearly hear both inside the room."
