When we first showed up to check in, we had been driving all day and some people in our party really needed to use the bathroom. We were told that the bathroom was only for paying guests. We argued that since we were checking in, did that not make us paying guests? We were told no, that we were not checked in yet and we were not booked to stay at that particular property. "The room was clean & a good size. Only ordered breakfast once & it was 1 hour late & missing some items. No butter for toast, not enough milk for 2 cereals. Maybe we were supposed to supply our own. Other visitors to the motel were very noisy - banging doors & the room above us sounded like had elephants in it"

"We were surprised at the high quality of accomodation - fantastic place to stop for the night - very clean & comfortable bed - quiet for sleeping - the Asian restaurant attached is superb - 5 stars all round "

"The room had holes and pen on the wall from a little kid and spa had hair in it and cuttlery was dirty beside that the bed was very comfortable and the spa bath was awesome once we cleaned it up will come here again "

"Pleasant friendly staff, however the room was overpriced for what I paid ( over $300 per night ). To start with the mattress in my room was sagging in the middle & was clearly noticeable to look at, as for sleeping on this sagging mattress I woke up each morning with an aching back, you could notice the lack of mattress support as soon as laying on the bed. Traffic noise in room is another issue along with the noise of the air conditioning motor as you could clearly hear both inside the room."
