"The Hotel was under renovation, but it didn’t interfere with our very wonderful, peaceful and comfortable stay. The staff maintained cleanliness and safety. The breakfast that came with our stay was FANTASTIC! If I could give all the staff at the Hampton Inn on Clemson Rd in Columbia, SC a 20 out of 5, I would! Thank you❤️ Carol and Tom Cruz Michigan"

"Staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok, I wish they could have bacon on a daily basis. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff were exceptionally courteous, and the rooms were well-maintained. Breakfast was satisfactory, though daily bacon would have been appreciated. I would certainly consider staying at this hotel again."

"The hotel I picked was not a good choice on my part. Very rough area, broken down cars and trucks in the parking lot, and drunken arguments in the parking lot till late at night. Felt like a halfway house. I did not have any problems personally and the people I came across were nice."

"The employees were awesome! Room was awful. I checked out a day early. Needs to be gutted and started all over. Flooring had big gaps, dead roaches squashed on pictures, just a nasty room."

"I ended in this place after my 1st reservation at Motel 6 was a total loss of money, time and stressful. After not being relocated due to horrible "Expedia" Customer Service, i was left stranded for "2 days" and had to book this place at least for 1 night to sleep with my underage brother. The reception area was decent, and the Customer service was great, I'm not going to lie. But our room just smelled like a humid old room and the restroom was dirty. We also found a black trash bag in our room...

"Fair price. I stayed for one night with my family and young children. The lady working the night shift at the front desk was amazing and very professional. However, finding multiple long hair strands in the bed was a major concern. It gave the impression that the bedding had not been changed before our arrival, which is unacceptable, especially when traveling with young children. Clean bedding is a basic expectation for any hotel stay."

"First room was dirty. We got moved to another room and the cleanliness of the rooms are not the best. The close chargers were not as clear as they said they were. Both expedia or the hotel were not helpful."

"Was greeted by friendly Manager. Found room was pre-cooled and welcoming after my travel. Felt secure parking my vehicle and many found food and other public conveniences nearby. Checked out early AM before breakfast to continue travel and found the night shift manager at the desk wishing me a great day. Second time staying here, both times were very good for an economical overnight's rest."

"Nice place, Newer, Super helpful staff and breakfast buffet was great. Shower had some hair on the pan from previous guests and one nightstand light was broken. Those are the only things we could be constructive with. Great property and great price. Will use again"

"This hotel is good for 1 night stay because you stay 3 nights the housekeeper no clean the room They leave the garbage, they don't put clean towels and the coffee is never ready early, the ice machines don't work well, the pool doesn't work, they say it's under maintenance but I don't think they're going to open it this year"

"GM was no help, they never refunded my stay at the motel after I cancelled my booking, there was no room’s available at 3pm check in. It was a dump. And a lot of suspicious activity."
