The KEX Portland was amazing. I stayed for 3 nights in a 4 mixed bunk bed room. The beds were perfect size and quite comfortable, I’d recommend adding another pillow but either way I slept through the night. The comforter was thick and perfect to keep you warm thru the night. Checkin was worrysome. Key card did not work X 3. Maintenance came to "check batteries" and found it was locked from the inside. ???? made us concerned re: security. moved us to another room. Hyatt House Portland/Downtown
Parking via valet is only real option. This is a deal breaker for me as it limits your car availability to a set start and end time each day. Breakfast was okay, but not great. Only 2 coffee spots made it very hard to get coffee.
