"The young guy working at the desk was awesome but he was basically the o ku person working 24 hours a day poor kid but he was doing his best . The property is very warm down badly in need of more staff and updates . One person cannot be the only one carrying the property. But he sure had a good attitude and that says a lot !"

"Hotel is run down. Pool was closed and the staff didn't think it would be opening anytime soon."

"We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. "

"STAY AWAY. I booked our reservation almost three months in advance. When I showed up, I was told that they did not have any open rooms. They said they tried to call me in the morning but that was not true. All the hotels in Greensboro were booked so we ended up having to stay in High Point. I think that may be a blessing because the venue was dirty and not well maintained. A guy in the parking lot even tried to start a fight. Not worth your time or money."

"Awful . Booked online then they said they do not accept Expedia reservations?? Smelled really gross like a dirty bathroom inside the front desk I would not recommend and suggest they get listed off of Expedia so no one else has to waste their time."
