"If there is another option choose it. Staff was super friendly but the rooms and area were very rundown. Only place that had been remodeled in this drcade was the front desk area, definitely not the rooms!"

"The lock on the inside of the door was broken. The sink did not work since there was no knob on it. The drain was missing in the bathtub. However, the room was clean. When checking in they did not even ask for an ID and barley looked at me."

"The staff & manager were fantastic - Accommodating, helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The cleaning staff were helpful, available every day, and very good. The breakfast looked good-we don’t eat breakfast but the available coffee was very good, the in room coffee maker and fridge was great, the tv and channel selection was great. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was clean and had excellent pressure. WiFi was available, location was easy to find, and the price was reasonable compared to other places during the busy bookings the week we went due to expos going in the city."

"The outside of the hotel and lobby were clean. The staff were very friendly. The room itself smelled like weed and mold. The sheets were stained. Our door wouldn’t shut and lock unless you slammed it. The deadbolt wouldn’t set. The flip lock completely missed the door so was not functional. There was no housekeeping service. We stayed for one night and checked out early. There were people living in the hotel. A few cars in the parking lot looked like people were living in their cars too. The staff were great, the property was nice, the conditions were sketchy at best. Nevermind the children fighting with Ninja swords in the hallway. "
