"This is a charming boutique hotel with friendly and helpful staff. I wish I had more time to stay there longer. The hotel safety was paramount; this is an enclosed facility that requires key card entry to get in the grounds - which are beautiful and great for lingering outdoors. Its about 30 minutes from the airport. I arranged a paid shuttle service with the hotel to pick me up and drop me off at the airport so I didn't mess with local taxis or uber. It is located in a quiet and safe street, surrounded by restaurants and stores. If you ever stayed at The Chandler Hotel in NYC, the Capital Bellet Hotel exceeds it in value by miles. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Santiago."

"The staff were welcoming and always ready to assist. They even provided us with a packed breakfast for an early excursion and a snack for an early ride to the airport. The room and hotel was well kept and they had a great breakfast both hot and cold. The hotel was close to a major park, good for a walk or run. And we were walking distance from restaurants and bars. Highly recommended for a stay in Santiago."

"Excellent location on a relatively quieter street not far from the subway and Cerro San Cristobal. Cement walls and ceiling made for a very quiet room. I liked it so much at the start of my trip to Chile that I stayed another three nights before I returned home to Canada."
