"The house has sooo much potential and the location is amazing and we were happy at the beginning of our stay till an electric outage happened half way through our holiday and the client service of that place was nothing but non professional. They left us with no help or support and we had older people who struggled to roam the house in the complete darkness and when we did call them every time someone says that they are on a new shift and did not abiut what happened earlier. "The hotel is situated overlooking the lovely Balluta Bay, which is the quiet and less crowded area of St Julians. The hotel is magnificent and worthy of its 5-star status, which superb pools, from rooftop to very large main pool with plenty of space, the inside pool and spa was very relaxing. All staff were excellent, of particular note was Sanju who provided exceptionally friendly, kind, and attentive service, throughout our stay, nothing was to much trouble and her knowledge of the island, where to go and how to get there was exemplary. Breakfast was fabulous with the egg station at the centre, often managed by Renno who gave a master class for multitasking. A relaxing holiday."

"Overall my partner and I enjoyed our stay, but the first room we stayed had a putrid odor, like sewage. When we notified reception they first sent house keeping to just spray the room, which did not solve the issue, but eventually they changed our rooms. Aside from the smell of our first room, the amenities the hotel provided were top notch, loved the pool, and the location was great, walking distance to the ferry and plenty of restaurants around the hotel."
