"Clean rooms, staff was extremely inviting and helpful. Couple friendly, family friendly I felt safe and accommodated. We stayed 4 days the 2nd night our tv didn't work the 3rd night there, which ended being ok. But our air in our room kept cutting off during the night. Other than that I was a great place to stay. We will be back!"

"We were greeted promptly and with a friendly smile when we arrived. We were shown to our room and given information about the amenities. We rented a golf cart from them at $15/hr. This is a family run b. We met most of the family and they were all great and helpful."

"Place was clean. safe location. breakfast was decent. Breakfast staff was a couple of teenagers on their phone hiding in the back while the garbage can was overfull, waffle batter was empty, soap in the ladies room was empty. forks were gone. Bathroom door in my room was sticking really bad, rubbing at the top. It is obvious this has been bad for a while. Maid should have reported this. Beds are very firm. Room was clean. Every time the rooms next door would close their door, it was very loud...

"The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views of the lake, the rooms and all public areas are pristine and clean, & the staff were absolutely amazing. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, as it's quite overpriced, the menu is quite performative, and the food wasn't that great for the price paid. It is also very small & loud if the patio is not open. That said, it did not deter from how amazing the hotel is. Just find somewhere else to eat during your stay."

"The bed is comfortable and our room was very nice. The only complaint I have was that breakfast is only available until 9:00 and the coffee is not good. We went to the close by Gathering House coffee shop for good coffee and a light breakfast."

"It took about 20 minutes of waiting for a staff member to come check us in for our stay. We pressed the button on the phone and called the hotel and finally someone came to the desk. The hotel was understaffed for the night and the employee seemed overwhelmed. She was very nice and pleasant when checking us in. No problems with our room at all. Breakfast was also fine. When we went to check out we had to press the call button again because the employee was not at the front desk."
