"The location was perfect, easy walking to everything within the town. Had mold on the ceiling tile in the bathroom. Could tell the flooring had not been mopped. The bed and pillows were hard. They did have a very nice pool area, that was lovely. Didn’t use it too much, just there a few days and wanted to do other things. "Couldn’t even make it to my stay because of the hazardous air quality. I was told I’d be getting a FULL refund, yet I’ve spent days calling and hearing nothing but, “The manager isn’t in. Call back tomorrow.” At some point, it stops being an excuse and starts being terrible customer service. I was really looking forward to my first trip to PIB, but after this experience I’ll be staying somewhere else when I reschedule. God awful customer service, unprofessional management."

"The property is a motel. The location is good. There is an outside bar/restaurant right across the parking lot that’s very nice. The rooms are dated and need updating. Our AC unit was leaking, the carpet was wet all around it. Carpets were dirty. We enjoyed the pool area, but the pool could use some maintenance also. The hot tub is not hot, but luke warm."
