"My first room was a bit of a disappointment, but when I was moved to a ground floor room for my last two nights, it was a real “wow!” moment when I saw the view.
The restaurant was closed, so no breakfast was on offer. It would have been useful to know this up front.
The staff were very kind and helpful."
