"Upgraded and provided drink coupon. Very clean room. Front desk is as very helpful. Morning breakfast was excellent. We ate dinner there and it was surprisingly a nice menu variety. "

"The whole experience was great! As a plus parking is free and under the hotel, so the walk is very short. Everything was clean. The bathroom was clean, but I think it needs to be redone. But all in all, I give 5 stars and will stay there again."

"Pool is scary I needed 2 room changes because it was dirty and found roaches in the second one. Adressed it with front desk. He was stellar and helped me out and took care of my stay as well. Not bad! But pool is scary. It’s an older place not bad for a quick stay"

"Elevator is semi broken cant get to the third floor and they placed us on the third floor. Last night of our stay a fight broke out i was in the lobby getting door dash walked to the elevator and a gentleman walked out screaming there was blood all over the elevator floor the guy said his young daughter was in the bathroom hideing scared because it sounded like gun shots going off in the room there was blood all over the second floor from what the guy said it was very scary i will never stay at that hotel again i do know that they shouldnt allow people to live there "

"There was no hot tub as advertised. The pool water did not look clean so we did not use it. Our bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned and there was blood on the wall. The elevators are currently broken and we were not notified of that at check-in. It would have been nice to have been offered a room upgrade or comped breakfast for these inconveniences, but neither were offered."
