"Beautiful rural location, quiet, peaceful, and private. Hot tub was clean warm and secluded wonderful view of wild deer roaming property as you soak in hot tub. Easy access to downtown Victoria and all the city has to offer. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would not hesitate to book this wonderful BnB again. Thank you to Karl and Mandy for providing such a great BnB."

"Spacious well appointed room. Comfortable bed but came home with bruised shins from repeatedly hitting bed frame. Best location near attractions, shops and restaurants. Disappointed both pool and hot tub closed for renovations. Would have booked elsewhere had we known. Wonderful staff."
