"Great hotel only a 10 minute walk from the center so quiet at night. Perfect lounging by the pool or on the lounge chairs on the beach. Great little restaurant that overlooks the beach. Water is beautiful turquoise and beach is nice white sand. Breakfast included which was great. Very friendly staff. Room very big and comfortable. Would totally recommend."

"Terrific place right on Sunset Beach. Lots of restaurants and activity right on the west coast, and it’s an easy bike ride to anywhere else on the island. Lovely property, and the staff was so, so nice and accommodating. Really enjoyed. Only quibbles: WiFi pretty spotty and a lot of mosquitos in the room."

"Wilson's Retreat is fabulous. The property is away from the hustle and bustle of the east side of Gili T, but that is its appeal. It is a retreat and it offered us everything we wanted. Great service, friendly and accommodating staff and right on the beach which was just amazing. They were also happy for us to stay at the property and freshen up past our check-out time as we waited for our time of departure from the island. Would highly recommend."

"• Good check-in- Staff were friendly, and very helpful, telling us about the island, and what we might like to see, and where it’s located on a map. I was unwell on arrival, and they got us into our room a little earlier and made me a ginger tea drink to help with my sickness. • Breakfast - loved the smoothie bowls! • Bike hire - only $5 AUD (50,000 rupiah) to hire a bike all day. • The tent - cute glamping experience. "The staff were always friendly and helpful with any requests or issues we needed help with. Didek, Jo, Ainee, Dwuan? and Eris are a few of those who really helped us out and made us feel so welcome. The villa we stayed in (Cempaka) is truly beautiful and finely balanced with furnishings and decor. The food and drinks through room service and at the restaurant were delicious and above our expectations. The beds were so comforable and cool at night with frosty air con."
