"The experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The food quality is quite poor, and after a couple of days several guests end up with stomach issues. The alcohol served is very basic and low-end. Service doesn’t help either—staff often make it feel like they’re doing you a favor instead of providing proper hospitality. The rooms were not well maintained, with sheets that had an unpleasant smell and an overall lack of cleanliness. I travel frequently to resorts and, honestly, this was the worst one I’ve ever stayed at. The only real highlight is the beach, which is absolutely beautiful—one of the best I’ve seen."

"Everything would be perfect if the chefs knew how to cook. The rooms are good, the staff is friendly, and the beach and pool are quite decent. All that remains is for the chefs to learn how to cook. This is just my personal opinion, of course; perhaps the taste of the food suits others just fine."

"Great resort! The first half of my trip was for business, and I extended for a personal vacation. The property is beautiful and I appreciated how it was sprawling. The golf cart transportation came in handy when walking to the lobby. The rooms were lovely and well appointed. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. I’d definitely return!"
