"We chose the Royal Atlantis because of the reviews and proximity to things we wanted to do. Upgraded to an ocean view as well. I was a little disappointed with how uncomfortable the beds were and shocked the tub had large amounts of paint chipped off of it from previous repainting job.
We ordered room service a few times. The second time the food was 2 hours late. Had to call operator to find out about it and there was no compensation; which was shocking, especially when they get an automatic 15% gratuity and convenience fee added.
Ended up having a pair of my shoes come up missing as well.
It was upsetting their cigarette stations were along paths of high traffic areas making it hard to breathe.
If I had it to do again I would stay at the comfort suits and just have the free benefit of the Atlantis wrist band instead of staying there as I thought it was going to be immaculate."
