"Very helpful and respectful staff, easy and fast check-in (even when we arrived prior the time), old building facilities and aminities. Smelled a bit. Water tap was constantly dripping. I think area was safe near so many shopping places."

"Room was clean but noisy the hotel literally is on top the highway and you can get the whole thing from outside thru the wall A/C we tried to turned the heat at night and has a humid smell that stinks the whole room. Have to call to front desk around midnight due to some kids playing hockey in the hallway apparently was normal that parents let the kids been disrespectful and the front desk lady was rude and apologized saying that was my fault feel like that in resume I will never be back to this hotel my 3 nights were horrible "

"Staff was extremely courteous and helpful on check-in and checkout. The room was very clean and the bed's quite comfortable. We had a busy weekend, so didn't avail ourselves of the amenities other than the breakfast (which had several options you would pay for) and the bar which was small, but comfortable. The bar person was very pleasant."

"The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. Overall a nice hotel. What upset us was the nickel & dimeing. There was a $10 charge for parking - although it was not in the listing, and the parking lot was completely empty. They even tacked on 20% administrative charge on the tip paid by the QR code. I travel enough and tip by QR code provided in the room. First time I am seeing an administrative charge."

"Great place for an extended stay! Clean spacious rooms with basic kitchen amenities They reserve the first floor for pet owners. Great location near Moody Street restaurants in Waltham. Convenient nice walking and biking trails along the Charles River outside the back door of the hotel. Super location and reasonable daily rates!"

"This is a really great place to visit, I was under the impression that there was a hot tub but I think they did away with it. The pool is very nice and the Breakfast was unbelievable, talk about a world class breakfast. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff we're very nice and friendly. I will definitely come back to stay at the Embassy Suites Waltham again."
