"We thought we had the wrong address... it’s one of those trips where you realized you are going to stay at Bates Motel for one night. Everything was super tired and it felt like a time capsule from 1983. Nothing had been updates except from the shower curtain (no hint here on the Bates Motel comparison). "Showed up for a big conference at another hotel that did not meet even the standard so we had to find a hotel quickly to move ten of our team members over to and Galt House turned out to be a "blessing in disguise" as one of my team members put it. Meet all of our needs and even exceeded many of our expectations since it was a last minute switch. Great service and super nice hotel! "
