"I get it it’s an old hotel, but it could use some modern details. The bed creaks A LOT. It looks pretty old but there are ways, using modern techniques to fix that. Also, what’s up with the bed being so tall? One could really get hurt falling off. Getting on and off can be difficult. There’s no sitting on the bed, you have to hop or climb to get on it. Not sure if that’s how beds were in the olden days but we didn’t like it. Another thing is the TV, could it be any smaller, older, and have less...

"This is an old mid century motor lodge that may be locally owned and operated as a small business. I selected it because of the location and ease of parking. I read reviews to validate safety. "We liked the place. Lots of things to see and take pics of. Price was good for San Francisco. We thought we would pay more but glad they are not greedy people. Very kind and funny staff. Breakfast selection was good. The only thing i would have like to have was scrambled eggs not just hard boiled eggs but all in all loved the whole experience and would go back again. "
