"We were there for 4 days and the elevator was out of service the entire time of our stay. The ice machine on our floor didnt work either. Carpets in hallways were stained and the entire hotel looked like it was in need of an update/maintenance. Requested a late check out, but that wasn't possible and was asked to leave immediately at checkout time. It looked like it was a nice hotel at one time, but hasn't really been taken care of."

"Very disappointing experience. The front desk staff had a terrible attitude from the moment I arrived and acted like helping guests was an inconvenience. The room smelled bad and did not feel clean or welcoming at all. Overall, the customer service was poor and the atmosphere was uncomfortable because the lady at the front desk seemed upset and rude the entire time. I would not stay here again."

"The hotel needed a little updating and refreshing. But it had everything that you need. That matters more to me. I loved the 24/7 coffee machine. The food was good and the area was pleasant and clean. I didn’t have to ask for more towels they give you enough. The room was clean and roomy. Parking was plentiful. I would definitely stay there again. Book ahead for a better price."

"It's an inn. It was clean, no smells, amazing room service... That lady knocked at exactly 9:30 every morning and moped thoroughly. Breakfast was minimalist and you really can assume that there is none. For what it is, it was exceptional. Parking was great... I was able to park at my door. The parking lot is shared with Popeyes and Dennys. There is a dollar tree, hair store, and a few other fast food chains in walking distance and an amazing Mexican snack shop for deserts about 2 miles away....

"The room smelled old and moist if you ever been in a old house that’s closed in that’s what it smells like mold and maybe they’ve tried to clean over it instead of getting new curtains and carpet just keep the air on nobody will know is my take the bed was not comfortable at all springs coming out the side of the mattress sofa extremely old you don’t even see that pattern anymore that’s how you know it’s old if I had to stay again I wouldn’t the staff was nice but no it definitely needs to be...

"We had a wonderful stay here. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast, but others said it was good. The room was spacious and very clean and quiet. Fridge and microwave. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was clean and large. Unfortunately the hot tub was down for maintenance. Nice touch with the pool table in the lobby. The staff was absolutely fantastic. Truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again."

"Very basic hotel. The room was not cleaned during my stay (3 nights) and the breakfast was basic- bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. It was a fine stay but not super clean even when we arrived and we needed to wear shoes while in our room because the carpets were dirty."

"I didn't use the booking at the country inn in Lampasas, TX. My father was very ill, so didn't need the room. My father passed away Saturday early morning and I had canceled and had asked for my money back of $97.75, and y'all had no heart, flat told me NO REFUNDS"
