The GM should be proud of their housekeeping staff and front office staff .. as a GM in accommodation myself. I tend to look at rooms a little different than guest I'm the check-in experience. Was great straightforward open and honest.. Communication. The was CLEAN . Thank you for a great stay .

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott West Kelowna
It was awful. The room they put us in had an awful smell in in and I found out that there was a huge vomit in the corner that was not cleaned up. It was soaked into the dark carpet and splashed all over the wall. Absolutely disgusting. They did switch our rooms once I complained. Terrible experience. ...
