"Nice hotel in an awesome location. Room was very nice and very clean. Hallways not so much, but I think they were doing so renovating so maybe that explains it. Parking was a little sparse. All in all, would definitely stay again. "

"The GM should be proud of their housekeeping staff and front office staff .. as a GM in accommodation myself. I tend to look at rooms a little different than guest I'm the check-in experience. Was great straightforward open and honest.. Communication. The was CLEAN . Thank you for a great stay ."

"Room was nice, clean with a comfy bed. It was quiet. Our one complaint would be with the hottub. It was not clear, couldn’t see our feet well. Also white particles floating! Ugh"

"Chatham House is a beautiful property ideally located close to downtown Kelowna. Our 3 night stay was absolutely perfect and we loved everything about the heritage house and staff. Every small detail of the property and our stay was thoughtfully taken care of by the owner and staff. Lola, thank you, you were absolutely brilliant. Thanks also to Janet. We were so fortunate to meet the others guests during our stay. All were lovely people. We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely patio. Breakfasts were awesome. Obviously we can’t say enough about our stay and look forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!"
