"We had an excellent stay August 2025 (4 adults) The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast staff were excellent! They were very knowledgeable in explaining which foods contained gluten and they made me gluten free toast in a dedicated toaster in the kitchen! The king room was excellent for a couple as it gave us a wonderful sitting area verses having to sit on the bed the whole time in the room. The pool was a good basic pool. Only reason I did not give all 5 stars was the hot tub...

"The service was excellent. Very convenient to the airport, with an airport shuttle. Also the hotel provided a credit for an item that was damaged. I would absolutely return to this hotel - staff was all professional and friendly."

"Updated facilities and very kind staffs. Overall, it was quite comfortable experience. Small things to comments are one of two treadmills is out of order, and shower in the suite is not completely cleaned up. Breakfast area is very busy and packed. However it was good to stay during labour day long weekend. "

"We absolutely loved staying at Wesbert winery. The staff is very friendly, they loved our pet which is such a plus, and our room was awesome - the bed was super comfortable and we loved the bath tub. We also got free wine tasting and there was a bottle of wine in our room as well. I would for sure go back there next time we are in Naramata "
