"This is a beautiful property with so much to offer, free parking, free wi-fi and an incredible breakfast in the morning. It really is a very good value and is 4.6 miles from the Acrisure Arena, the newest music venue. I would stay here again and again when I am in Palm Desert."

"The first full day we were there everything was great. 2nd day when we went to the pool it was closed and remained closed for the rest of our stay. That’s the reason we went to enjoy the pool. Very disappointed. They never mentioned it when we booked the room. The room was great. The kids from the family above us were very loud and jumping a lot. Started early and it was late at night and they were still at it."

"Our family enjoyed an overnight stay here. We loved the room and enjoyed time in the pools, really wish we had had more time to stay. The only part we didn't like was the sales pitch. We arrived 20 minutes prior to check in and was informed that our room would be ready at exactly 4PM. We were sent to the concierge for a welcome packet where they tried to give us a timeshare pitch. As soon as I said no and went to sit and wait for it to be 4PM, our room was magically ready."

"Manny and Shannon at check in were so nice pleasant and helpful with directions and suggestions on places to check out. They greeted us by name everything they saw us. The breakfast was amazing. Great selection with menu changing slightly everyday. The staff maintaining the breakfast area was on top of restocking and cleaning up any spills. They were also so gracious letting our son get a yogurt when breakfast just ended because he was in the pool and didn’t make it in time before they...

"We were a few hours early and gladly paid $25 for early check in. Room was clean, AC was great because it was a little warm the time we were there. Breakfast had good choices and usually bananas are over ripe. Apples were fresh. Overall, for just an overnight stay it was great."

"This is my home away from home. I can’t believe I found this. Everyone makes you feel right at home. I’ve never met such friendly people. The he rooms and the grounds were so cute, clean, and whimsical. I can’t recommend enough his place enough. I can’t wait to come back."
