"Had no problem checking in my son and his family, wife and twins. They weren't here yet but I was able to do it for them so they just had to come in and get a room key when the got here. "

"As usual we overpacked for our one night stay and our room was on the second floor. Unfortunately there was no elevator to the second floor and dragging our luggage would have been a problem. Problem solved! The desk manager was very accommodating and managed to get us a room on floor one. "

"I was very impressed with the night auditor, Jayden. He was hospitable, charming, and highly professional. He’s exactly the kind of employee worth keeping—and deserving of a raise. The room was nice overall, but the cabinet housing the HVAC unit needs attention. It vibrates quite a bit and can make it difficult to sleep; adjusting the bottom door should help reduce the noise. Ashley, the main receptionist, was very helpful in particular with coordinating access with Housekeeping, The room was spotless and had 2 chairs which is important when a couple both need to sit-down frequently.
