We relied a call 2nd morning from reception, we would like you to move to their sister hotel the Augustus across the road basically they were asking as they had lots of school kids for the next 5 days and the place would be loud . So we moved to the 4 star hotel great hotel to excellent for foods and staff ,Cambrills is a lovely place to"

"El acceso al hotel Gold River con las maletas desde el parking no es muy cómodo, el tendedero del baño es bastante incómodo ya que te tienes que meter en la bañera para extender el cable y si vas con pensión completa unas vez que elijes un restaurante no te deja cancelar, ni en recepción tampoco les permite, la solución que te dan es que vayas y pruebes suerte a ver si hay hueco. El desayuno correcto, las cenas poca variedad en el buffet del hotel"

"Clearly not a four star hotel, but was comfortable enough, food was okay if a little cold. Pool area clean and tidy, but you can’t have your own drinks, you have to buy theirs. A/C in room stopped working I had to ask reception 3 times for them to respond and fix but they managed eventually. Costs €50 for late check-out which I thought was quite pricey."

"Dirty marks on walls and around doors that I repeatedly complained about 3 days in a row but nothing has been done and no apology. So called fresh towels had bugs on them, took out the room to replace with staff, again no apology. Food quality and service needs improvement. On a positive note the view from the room was stunning."
