"Relatively new hotel. Room was nice"

"This property was supposedly recently 'updated', but the couch/hide a bed in the room was very worn and uncomfortable to even sit on. The mattress was also worn so much you could see the indentations on the mattress where people normally sleep even with the bedspread on. You couldn't adjust the shower head spray at all. The AC in the room was OK once we found you needed to control it at the unit. There was a thermostat in the room but apparently not connected. Won't be staying there again."

"Great place to stay in Bend. Only a short walk to the cinema, Mill District shopping and Hayden Amphitheater for concerts. Room was clean, comfortable with a fridge, two-burner stove and microwave. Included breakfast was very good."

"The staff was prepared and attentive. The rooms were clean and the property was very orderly. Don’t overlook the pool: it’s a highlight during summer. Location was okay; sufficient for our walk to H.H. Amphitheater."

"Our rooms were really expensive for Memorial Day weekend, but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way so we were happy to pay the inflated rates. Good breakfast buffet!"

"Location is AMAZING! Right on the river trail and close to Downtown. Room 251 was cute and sufficient for two people. Kitchen has a few random dishes (only one cereal bowl) which worked for our needs. It was pet-free as claimed. No one was ever in the office while we were there, but readily answered the phone and our questions both times we called. I’d definitely stay here again."

"There was very loud base music coming from somewhere. We heard others complaining in the hallway and someone mentioned they thought there was a club nearby. It made it difficult to sleep. There should be a noise ordinance in Bend. Otherwise the place was great."

"I'll start off by saying the mattresses were horrible! (We're still sore from springs poking us for three nights.) We had to rotate the mattress for our 11 year old, because it was so wore out! you could feel every spring. The rooms were decent, but had a funny smell and the toilet was not clean on arrival. The hotel also had a lingering skunk odor, but that was likely all the concert goers there for multiple memorial weekend concerts (including Primus). The breakfast was a joke, even...

"The bar on the west side of the property had their music beating until way past 11:30 where I could hear it clearly inside my room on the east side of the property. Evening shift was very helpful and friendly. Pool was great. Breakfast wasn't so much. They had a sign asking to not take too much to leave enough for the rest of the people staying. And promptly closed everything right at 9:00. It fine, it's just that on a holiday weekend you would think maybe hold off for a few minutes. Overall...

"These suites are incredible!! To have a separate bedroom from the kitchen and living room was such a treat while traveling. The rooms are gorgeous and everything updated to the highest standard. We loved being able to walk quickly to the riverfront path and walk to town. Super sweet place that we'd love to visit again!!!"
