"Good experience in general. We reserved a smaller king bed suite for two nights. Once we entered the room we notice a smell of poops and I found a stain of poops on the sofa (I smelled it so I was sure). We called the front desk, he arranged a room change immediately and we got an upgrade to a bigger king bed suite. Other than that incident, everything was good. Had three pillows for two people, four would had been right. Decent place, get rid of smell, fix small bedding details would had given four stars."

"It's a nice boutique guesthouse with personality. We stayed in apartment 5, it was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with linen, towels and toiletries. No complains with the kitchen. "When I arrived found out elevator was out of order. I have bad knees so I was worried. But the clerk was able to get me a room on 2nd floor instead of the 3rd floor. Also, when I started up the clerk came and carried my large bag up to the 2nd. It was very thoughtful. The room was clean & fridge worked. Ok beds. Not very good breakfast. It is near a lot of stores & restaurants. I was there to go to a graduation so it was good for that kind of stay"
