"Room was a potential risk to life. The plug socket is hanging off the wall. The shower sprayed water out of the hose attachment every where and the bathroom floor was dusty. "

"Poor check in, room not ready at 5.30pm, air con not working, interrupted sleep, management couldn't care less. This is not a cheap hotel yet I think you get a better experience from a budget one"

"The carpet in the room had visible dirt from a previous guest, that looked like it could have been cleaned before another guest used the room. We didn’t mention as only stayed one night, however, would have asked to change rooms if we were staying longer. Self checkin was good, however, when we had a question we found that one staff member stared at us while we waited for the second staff member to finish a phone call."

"The hotel is a bit tired in places, but still offers a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and welcoming, which really adds to the experience. The restaurant serves good food, and the pool is clean and relaxing. Its location near the sea is a big plus, and it’s also close to the train station, making it easy to get around. There’s plenty of parking as well. Overall, a pleasant stay with good amenities, despite needing a few updates."

"This hotel was an excellent property for an overnight stay before or after a flight out of Dublin International. There is an efficient, clean, shuttle to and from the property every 30 minutes. The restaurant was comfortable, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The only problem that I had with the room was the overused, overpowering fragrance that is used causing a fragrance sensitive person to have a heavy runny nose, blocked sinus and chest issues. To be fair other hotels have started this practice and I wish they would stop because it causes breathing problems for scent entice people."

"The bedroom was very bright all night which made sleeping difficult. The curtains were not fully connected to their runners. The resturant menus was not reflective of the resturant menus online (website)"
