"Perfect stay, clean room amazing staff great food "

"Funky hotel! We loved it the only slight whinge (note, it’s slight) is that the bedroom was so small that you could only get out of one side of the bed! Also, when the curtains were open the workmen from the building across the way could see into our room. That’s 2 whinges. The location is great. The Ryleigh restaurant is wonderful. We would return but pay for a bigger room. "

"Great shuttle service to the airport. Be aware there is no coffee, water, tea etc in the rooms. I have not stayed in a hotel that does not supply these refreshments. "

"Staff are very helpful. It is located beside a well known pub that is exclusive and it is walkable to a lot of restaurants. It is in the old market area of Dublin. We will stay here again."

"We stayed in the Sandymount for two nights. I had previously been told it was busy but when we arrived I was amazed at the number of cars in the car park. This was a good sign. The hotel was lovely and we had great rooms and the staff were attentive at all times. Not far from the city centre by car, and I would have been prepared to walk if others in my party would have joined me. The breakfast was good. The property itself is quirky because it is effectively a bunch of old victorian villas joined together and extended at the rear. Some of the rooms might not have an external view, but the rooms were well decorated and furnished and the little distance to the city centre meant some peace and tranquility. I would definitely stay here again."

"Nice spacious clean room, we didn't eat or drink at the hotel so I cannot comment on that but the restaurant looked very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Would recommend"

"The room itself was lovely but the staff was either overwhelmed or didn't care. The room was booked for 3 but had only been prepared for 2. We had to go to the reception desk to ask for an extra set of towels because no one answered the phone. We ran out of toilet paper our second night and there was no one at reception to get it for us. After waiting 15 minutes, I went into the lobby bathroom and pulled off enough to get us through the night. Also, our shower head was super difficult to use - someone had to come and show us how to use it. Too bad. The hotel is well-situated and quite nice."

"No available parking unless you prebook ,bar closes at 11pm on a Saturday night residents should be served after hours."
