Hotel berdekatan Kelab Golf Sempachersee

"Herrliche Lage, ausgezeichnete Küche, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal"

"Lovely staff, very clean, very good breakfast, and very close to the train station."

"Great stay!"

"Séjour très agréable, emplacement parfait!"

"Aussergewöhnlich aufmerksames Personal, perfektes Ambiente. Besonders empfehlenswert ist das Minamo."

"Mooi modern hotel. Kamers zijn wel erg donker, en er is geen geschreven handleiding voor de bediening van alle apparatuur (inclusief verlichting) wat onhandig was. Grote parkeerplaats. Uiterst handig gelegen tov van de snelweg, maar toch stil. Mooi uitzicht over het meer, vanaf het dek. Prima restaurant."

"There was no staff available at reception during check-in, as the process is completely automated. Unfortunately, when we did have questions and reached out for assistance, we found the staff’s response to be quite rude and unhelpful. Another major inconvenience was the lack of an elevator or ramp to access the rooms. We had two 23 kg suitcases and two 8 kg carry-on bags, and we had to carry all of them up approximately 20 stairs ourselves. This was extremely difficult and is something guests...

"Our room was very nice for two couples, with comfortable beds and a few free drinks and snacks provided. We also loved the small balcony with a view of Lake Lucerne and the easy access to walking downtown along the lovely lake path."

"Location"

"Breakfast was great! Very close to bus stop, and the hotel gave us free bus passes 🙂"

"Helpful staff. We were tired and they made the effort to accomodate us at 12 noon. Good breakfast, quiet and grocery store nearby, gas station and burger king!"

"Perfect"

"Great room but many hidden fees. None of the prices for parking or breakfast are presented well when booking. When you arrive, they tell you where to park but don’t explain that there’s a fee. When you go for the breakfast buffet, they ask your room number but don’t explain that it’s 18€, they just write down the room number. All of these fees are they sprung on you at the end of your stay so you end up paying 50 € on top of the price of the room. Big problem with communication that has never...

"Charged extra fees"

"Large clean room and surprisingly cool considering the temp was 30°C. The 'Chiil Out Room' or common room on our floor was nicely furnished and had a balcony where we enjoyed a pizza. The only challenge was the responsiveness of the electronic keys that would take longer than expected to activate, but did eventually work for the doors and elevator."
