"I’m shocked about this hotel — this is the first time I’ve stayed in this type of complex-style hotel, especially an ECHO Suites, and I’m impressed. I came for Thanksgiving and my 3 nights were great: quiet, everything clean, and the building is BRAND NEW! It has a Buc-ee’s and a CVS right in front — you can’t ask for more. The night-shift lady treated me very politely and helped me with a room request. I would definitely stay at this hotel in Katy or any other ECHO Suites."

"Very clean property with all needed amenities, great staff and convenient location, many casual dining options in the area. Did not try the breakfast so cannot comment. A one off issue (not due to the hotel or staff) was handled showing excellent customer service by the General Manager of the hotel Heather and Expedia customer service. We will definitely stay again at this hotel location because of the above reasons, and will continue to use Expedia also because of their superior and prompt service, and recommend both to others without hesitation.
