"The carpet of the room had stains all over it. Some front desk staff were nice, but a couple of the ladies were rude. You cannot get a spa appointment at all as it is full from appointments of people who live in the area, this was disappointing."

"Perfect location for traveling by train. Took train next morning to Cobh to explore there, as well. Only complaint in Cork, no fault of their own, was the weather. I wanted to travel to Kinsale and to Blarney Castle from this location and the weather just didnt cooperate. "

"Hotel was very clean, nice staff, very trendy fairly modern. Convenient two restaurants downstairs however because of that there may be some noise that drifts up. If you are looking for a quiet stay this may not be the place, but we enjoyed it and it was a nice stay. Very convenient to all locations."

"Very peaceful environment with no pressure to do anything or be anywhere. Local shops were a drive away. The owners were so friendly and helpful when we showed up from our disaster travels. They helped us get food and to finally get our rental car…a must for travel. So thankful to them."

"Very outdated building! Room, furniture and TV were all old! Room cleanliness was not very good, as there were stains in the carpet and molding growing the in the bathroom. Immediately upon arrival in the room there was a bad smell! Did not see one housekeeper or cart while there. Location of hotel was a positive though!"

"Oufff, nous avions pris une chambre régulière et avons été mis dans une chambre pour handicapés, ce n’était pas très agréable de se doucher alors qu’il y avait une chaise également! Aussi les drains de douche et de lavabo étaient bouchés et remontaient. Je ne sais pas si je recommanderais. Personne a la réception le matin"
