We had a ridiculously bad experience with the check in for the party who we were traveling with and we were woken up several times at very late hours unnecessarily due to staff incompetence who gave them the key to our room and then called security. Not a great experience overall. "

"There was someone else’s hair in the tub, there was no plug for the tub or the sink, the toilet was loose and so was the faucet at the sink. The door into the bathroom needed a scrub down. The sheets didn’t fit all the way over the mattress top and were stained (but hopefully clean?). The staff member at the front desk was friendly, though. It was tolerable for a quick overnight stay, but I wouldn’t return here."
