"Our rooms had a lovely ( unexpected) sea view but as I found out on arrival, most if not all rooms, (other than accessibility/disability rooms) have a shower over the bath, so it wasn’t ideal for my 84yr old mother who doesn’t require an accessible room as she doesn’t have any disabilities or restrictions per se but can’t climb into the bath to take a shower. It is very unusual for a hotel these days to have baths in every room but the hotel was fully booked for a conference so unfortunately...

"The room did the job - but numerous issues. Missing some basic necessities like a bedside light. Had to use the public wifi from the bar downstairs which was choppy at best. The problems started right from the beginning. Check in according to the website was 10:00pm. "My second stay here in the last couple of months and once again I was not disappointed. I stayed on the main building with a lovely room. I used the gym facilities and instead of dining elsewhere, decided to stay on site and eat at their restaurant. The food was utterly delicious and completely vindicated my decision.
